Support Worker.

Cheltenham. 

Up to £24,770.

40 hours per week. 

Must have 6 months experience within the care sector (UK based). 

The company are unable to offer sponsorship.

My client is a charity that provides specialist housing, care and support services in the community for people seeking to live crime-free. 

The Role: 

• Key work and support clients generally within your Service,
• Provide personal care to identified clients
• Take an active role in the assessment and managing client risk in a clear and calm manner.
• Manage client meetings and facilitate the Client Inclusion and Training representatives
• Ensure that all medication within the service, is managed in line with Trust policy and procedures.
• Assist in the management of the referral process within the service to achieve agreed occupancy levels
