£36,000 – £45,000 plus £5,000 bonus 

Overview – 

Manage the day to day running of an Ofsted registered children’s residential service in the Warrington area. 

The Role – 

• Ensure care plans are reviewed regularly and focused on the education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic and health needs. 
• Establish and monitor high standards of quality care across the service 
• Work in partnership with key workers, parents and service users to safeguard and promote welfare. 
• Recruitment of staff and rotas.
• Development of staff. 
• Promote the business. 

Required – 

• Background within children’s care.
• Driving Licence.
• NVQ 4 in caring for Children and Young People (or in progress).
