My client is currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join their team.

As the Deputy Manager would support the Registered Manager in delivering quality support to young people. The Deputy would have some time on shift and some time based ain the office for administration.

The deputy would line manage a dedicated team of support workers and team leaders. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should already have, or be willing to work towards, Diploma level 3, 4 or 5.
